Toray MicroPly™ TCF4045
Toray MicroPly™ TCF4045 is a low-density epoxy syntactic film. It displays both good mechanical and low dielectric loss and constant properties. The material's base resin chemistry features low moisture absorption with good high temperature properties.

Toray MicroPly™ SF-4
Toray MicroPly™ SF-4 is a BMI syntactic film with excellent elevated temperature properties and compatibility to Toray RS-8HT. It is available in unsupported and supported continuous film form in thicknesses from 0.25–2.5 mm (10–100 mils).

Toray MicroPly™ SC8020A
MicroPly SC8020A low-density unsupported epoxy syntactic core. SC8020A offers reduced processing, a one-shot cure, the ability to anchor inserts or fastenings, and increases the opportunity to consider lightweight, thin walled composite sandwich structures

Toray MicroPly™ RS-15H
Toray MicroPly™ RS-15H is an epoxy film adhesive highly flexible with respect to processing. It is compatible with the Toray RS-1 family of prepregs, with all types of reinforcements and cores. It is also suitable for secondary bonding.

Toray MicroPly™ EM-5A
Toray MicroPly™ EM-5A is an expanding cyanate ester syntactic film (core splice). Its' unexpanded density is approximately 0.80 g/cc (50 pcf) and it exhibits an expansion ratio of up to 4 times. It is available in continuous film rolls or in sheet form.

Toray MicroPly™ EM-3
Toray MicroPly™ EM-3 is a 121°C (250°F) curing expanding epoxy film of controlled thickness, based on low density syntactic film technology. It is an effective material in generating internal pressure in a closed mold application.

Toray MicroPly™ EF72
Toray MicroPly™ EF72 is a modified, high-strength, structural epoxy film adhesive for honeycomb core and laminate bonding. EF72 is compatible for co-cure with many of Toray’s E700 series prepregs that cure at 120°C.

Toray Cetex® TC1200
Toray Cetex® TC1200 is a semi-crystalline polyetheretherketone thermoplastic composite, offering excellent resistance to chemicals and solvents. It is flame retardant and combines outstanding toughness with high temperature performance.

Toray Cetex® TC1130 New
Toray Cetex® TC1130 is a high-end thermoplastic composite, utilizing the amorphous PolyEtherSulphone (PESU) polymer for outstanding toughness and an inherently outstanding fire, smoke, and toxicity performance (< 15/15 OSU).

Toray Cetex® TC1000 Premium
Toray Cetex® TC1000 Premium is an high-end thermoplastic composite, utilizing the amorphous PEI polymer for outstanding toughness and an inherently outstanding FST performance. Qualified at OEMs for use in aircraft interior and secondary structures.

Toray AmberTool® HX56
Toray AmberTool® HX56 is an epoxy composite tooling prepreg. After a suitable post cure, an end use temperature of 180ºC (356ºF) is achieved. Toray AmberTool® HX56 achieves an excellent surface finish for small to medium sized autoclave tooling.

TC522 New
Toray TC522 is a highly toughened modified epoxy resin system. TC522 displays outstanding Compression After Impact (CAI), setting it apart from other resins designed for dielectric applications.
TC420
TC420 is a flow controlled cyanate ester prepreg, toughened to resist microcracking. TC420 is ideal for out of autoclave large structures in ultra high temperature applications. It is easy to process and yields a low void content under vacuum bag only.
TC350-1
TC350-1 is a toughened epoxy prepreg with mechanical property translation and excellent hot/wet performance. TC350-1 is easily processed via out of autoclave or press curing operations. TC350-1 is available in extensive fiber reinforcement formats.
TC346 New
Toray TC346 is a high temperature epoxy component prepreg developed for structural applications within Formula 1 and high performance automotive.
TC275-1
TC275-1 is a dual cure toughened epoxy prepreg designed to facilitate composite part construction with low pressure or vacuum pressure cures. TC275-1’s out time allows the lay-up of thick or larger composite structure.
TC250
Toray’s TC250 offers an excellent balance of toughness, mechanical properties, and hot/wet performance. It is easily processed via low pressure vacuum bag/oven or under autoclave. TC250 can be post cured for a higher dry and wet Tg.
RS-36
RS-36 is an advanced modified epoxy prepreg for structural composite applications. RS-36 offers an excellent balance of mechanical properties, low moisture absorption and a range of processing options. For a higher Tg, RS-36-1 is available
RS-17B
RS-17B is a modified epoxy prepreg. RS-17B delivers extremely low moisture absorption, excellent mechanical properties, toughness, and modulus. RS-17B is a flexible cure system which may be cured from 135°C-177°C. RS-17B has a long space flight heritage.
RS-1
RS-1 is an epoxy prepreg which provides an excellent balance of mechanical properties, toughness and modulus. RS-1 has been evaluated and qualified in areas ranging from marine to aerospace. RS-1 is also available in a 80°C curing formulation.
E745
E745 is a 135°C (275°F) cure toughened epoxy component prepreg. E745 has been developed for impact structures and other mechanically demanding structural applications. E745 can be impregnated into a range of fiber and fabric types.
E732 New
E732 is a snap cure toughened epoxy resin matrix optimized for press curing (compression molding) prepreg applications. With a cure time of 4 minutes at 160°C (320°F), an onset Tg of 170°C (338°F) is achieved.
E726
E726 is a 120°C (248°F) cure toughened epoxy prepreg with controlled flow. E726 is designed for use within medical and industrial applications. E726 is compatible for co-cure with EF72 film adhesive and Amlite SC72A syntactic core.
BTCy-1A
BTCy-1A is a toughened cyanate ester prepreg. BTCy-1A’s straight-up, easy processing at 177°C (350°F) under low pressure, reduces curing time and production costs, while the system’s negligible volatile emission upon cure allows low void laminates.

Aluminum Honeycomb Core—Commercial Grade
Toray’s aluminum commercial grade honeycomb core is manufactured from corrosion-resistant 3003 alloy foil. It offers high strength-to-weight properties at relatively low cost, particularly suitable as a shear carrying core in sandwich panel structures.
