Toray Cetex® reinforced thermoplastic laminates (RTLs) are orientated to your required specifications, and can be press formed in minutes and overmolded for one shot processing.

Toray Cetex® thermoplastic advanced composites deliver outstanding moisture and solvent resistance, including fuel and hydraulic fluids, making them the material of choice for a wide range of demanding applications.

Welding

Welding provides a seamless joint between substrates and can be married with overmolding to add functionality and integrate additional parts, making it an ideal alternative to time-consuming and potentially weaker adhesive bonding and mechanical fixation techniques.

Thermoforming

The high-quality consolidation of Toray Cetex® thermoplastic composites in both UD tape and RTL formats allows for simple heating and forming processes that take minutes.

Overmolding

Integrating Cetex® endless fiber reinforced composites in an injection molding process combines the strength of high-end composites with the design freedom and complexity of injection molding parts.

Automated Tape Laying

Automated tape laying (ATL) and automated or advanced fiber placement (AFP) processes use robotics to lay-up a dedicated and optimised 2D Blank or 3D product design in a mold using Cetex® UD tapes.
