Mold and Master Pattern Dimensional Calculator

This calculator allows you to calculate the required dimension of your mold (B) based on your required final component dimension (A). If you are using carbon epoxy tooling prepregs to make your mold, you will also be able to calculate the dimension of your master pattern (C).

Note: Calculation (C) Assumes fixed figure of -0.035% for matrix shrinkage during post cure at 190°C.
