As 2025 draws to a close, we reflect on a year that has tested our resilience and strengthened our sense of community. This holiday season, we are reminded of the importance of compassion, unity, and giving back.
At Toray Advanced Composites, we are thrilled to continue our annual holiday donation drive—an initiative that embodies our commitment to supporting those in need and uplifting the communities where we live and work. By coming together and sharing the spirit of the season, we can help make the holidays a little brighter for everyone.
Morgan Hill, CA: The Edward Boss Prado Foundation
This holiday season marks our fifth year partnering with the Edward Boss Prado Foundation and Cecelia’s Closet and Food Pantry—a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting families in need across South Santa Clara County. Since 2013, the foundation has provided essential assistance such as food, clothing, and school supply giveaways, helping local families thrive throughout the year.
Built on shared values of empathy, generosity, and community, our Morgan Hill team is proud to continue this partnership with both our Thanksgiving canned food drive and the foundation’s annual Christmas toy drive. The canned food drive helps ensure that families in our community can enjoy nourishing meals during the holiday season, easing the burden for those facing food insecurity. Through these initiatives, we join other local businesses and organizations to help bring joy to children who might otherwise go without a gift this holiday season.
From dolls and games to books and building sets, every donated toy represents a message of hope and care. It’s truly a privilege to play a small part in making the holidays brighter for children and families in our community, and to see the positive impact that compassion and collaboration can have.
Fairfield, CA: Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano and Solano County Community Partners
The Fairfield team proudly continues its tradition of giving by supporting the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano, a key local affiliate of Feeding America, the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization. The Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano partners with more than 260 local nonprofit agencies to distribute nutritious food to individuals and families facing hunger across both counties. In 2024 alone, the organization provided over 40 million pounds of food, reaching an average of 350,000 people each month.
In addition to fighting hunger, the Fairfield team is once again spreading holiday cheer through Solano County Community Partners’ Toys for Tots program. This U.S. Marine Corps–founded initiative collects and distributes new, unwrapped toys to children. Through this effort, we’re helping bring joy and hope to families in our local community during the festive season.
Thank you to these incredible organizations. We are honored to contribute to their ongoing missions to strengthen our community. By giving back, we hope to help ensure that every family can experience a holiday season filled with warmth, gratitude, and togetherness.
Englewood, CO: Samaritan’s Purse
This year, our Englewood team is honored to partner with Samaritan's Purse for Operation Christmas Child, a global initiative that delivers shoebox gifts filled with toys, school supplies, and hygiene items to children affected by war, poverty, natural disaster, famine, and disease around the world. Since 1993, Operation Christmas Child has distributed more than 232 million shoeboxes to children in over 170 countries and territories, sharing messages of hope and kindness across the globe.
The Englewood team opened the facility’s dock area for staging their trailers and parking lot for their seasonal staff during the busy collection season. Beyond logistical support, our entire team will volunteer at the local processing center to help pack and prepare shoeboxes for shipment, carefully hand-selecting each item that will bring joy and comfort to a child this coming Christmas.
By opening our space and our hearts, we’re pleased to be able to play a small role in a worldwide mission of compassion. For many children, these shoeboxes represent their very first gift—proof that they are remembered and cared for. Through this effort, we’re embracing the holiday spirit by doing meaningful work together by extending generosity, building community, and spreading joy beyond borders.
Camarillo, CA: Food Share of Ventura County
With food insecurity affecting 1 in 4 residents in Ventura County, Food Share of Ventura County remains a critical source of hope—distributing nearly 20 million pounds of food annually and serving over 250,000 individuals across more than 200 pantries and partner sites. Through their network of 160+ partner agencies and weekly drive-thru distributions, Food Share ensures that fresh, nutritious food reaches children, seniors, families and individuals facing hardship.
Our Camarillo team is a longtime-supporter of this community-driven organization and stands by their mission of bringing comfort, sustenance and dignity to our neighbors in need. We are grateful for their ongoing efforts to fight hunger and strengthen the bonds with our community by helping ensure that every table has enough to share, and every neighbor feels supported this season and beyond.
Langley Mill, UK: Food Bank
With the rising cost of living continuing to impact so many across the UK, our local food bank remains a vital lifeline, offering not only nourishment, but also kindness, dignity, and community spirit. Our Langley Mill team is grateful to be able to support this community-run initiative, where dedicated volunteers provide essential food parcels and compassionate assistance to individuals and families facing financial hardship.
We are committed to continuing our support, helping deliver hope and practical aid to those who need it most, especially through the cold winter months. Together, we can help ensure that no one in our community faces hunger alone, and that everyone has the chance to look forward to a more hopeful tomorrow.
Nijverdal, NL: Mijn Droomkamer (My Dream Room)
Our team in Nijverdal, Netherlands is proud to support Mijn Droomkamer (My Dream Room), a Dutch initiative dedicated to making a tangible difference in the lives of children from less-advantaged families in the Salland and Twente regions. Every child deserves a personal, comfortable space to call their own, yet for many this may seem like a luxury for families due to economic or social constraints.
By partnering with local volunteers, interior-styling professionals and community sponsors, Mijn Droomkamer identifies children whose home environment limits their ability to simply dream of a bedroom providing a safe, comfortable and restful space while embodying their personality. We’re delighted to support their mission: bringing hope, joy and a sense of belonging to children by giving them the space they can call home.
Alongside some of our holiday collaborations and partnerships this season, we are honored to support the following organizations through dedicated donations in celebration of Giving Tuesday on December 2nd:
