Product description
Toray Cetex® TW-2000 is a Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic (CFRT®) composite laminate with woven carbon fiber and modified polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) resin. TW-2000 blends the benefits of a thermoplastic polymer matrix with carbon fiber in a twill weave for enhanced performance. TW-2000 is designed for footwear, skates and recreational equipment applications.
The Toray Cetex® TW-2000 style is available in a single (1L) or multi-layer (2L) laminate, with the carbon fiber reinforcement at 0° and 90° orientations; that is ultra-thin, lightweight, and resilient for improved energy return.
This product was formerly PMC / Baycomp CFRT® TW-1000.
