Product description
Toray MicroPly™ EM-3 is a 121°C (250°F) curing expanding epoxy film based on low density syntactic film technology. It is an effective material in generating internal pressure in closed mold applications and honeycomb filling, splicing, and stabilization.
Toray MicroPly™ EM-3 is available in film form from 30–91 cm (12–36”) wide with standard thicknesses from 0.635 mm to 1.27 mm (0.025“ to 0.050”). Other widths and thicknesses may be available upon request.
