Toray Advanced Composites (TAC) is a leading supplier of advanced composite materials for the aerospace, sporting goods, motorsport and industrial markets. You will find our thermoset composite products on nearly every satellite, space launch vehicle, unmanned aircraft, military and commercial aircraft in production today. TAC also provides composites materials to industrial and recreational applications including mountain bikes, medical prosthetics and sports equipment.

Our thermoplastic prepregs, known in the industry as Cetex®, are found in a wide range of commercial and military aircraft, including large wing structures and interior applications like seats and galleys.  Our Cetex products are available in unidirectional tape or fabric form in a variety of engineered thermoplastic resins including PEEK, PPS, PEI as well as a full line of performance thermoplastics including Nylon, PET, PC/ABS, HDPE, and PP.

Receptionist Job Purpose: Greets visitors, contractors, vendors and directing them to the appropriate location and notify company contact of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.

Receptionist Job Duties:

  • Welcomes visitors/new hires and answers incoming calls; respond to questions and/or referring inquiries
  • Maintains visitor log for foreign and U.S. citizens in compliance with security policies and issue visitor badges
  • Ensures all visitors have appropriate PPE when entering the production warehouse
  • Maintains and updates employee and department phone and photo directories
  • Maintains a safe and organized reception area
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
  • Generate and submit invoices to customers and maintain all accounts payable invoice files
  • Support Executive Groups when needed
  • Mail distribution – collect, separate and deliver mail daily, maintain incoming check log
  • Participate on the Company Event Planning team (Summer, Holiday, Special client events, Monthly celebrations)
  • Weekly supply ordering
  • Maintain Company Calendaring
  • Order lunches, set up and clean up for Executives or meetings when requested.
  • Keep break areas and conference rooms stocked, organized and clean
  • Participate in new projects as needed

HR Assistant Duties:

  • Screen potential candidates and forward resumes to proper hiring manager
  • Work with temp agencies regarding recruiting and processing of new temp workers
  • Schedule interviews
  • Create new hire and conversion packets
  • Set up appointments for new hire Background & Drug Screening
  • Support the onboarding of new employees as needed
  • Update employee records in the HRIS and benefit systems
  • Create and maintain employee files
  • Collect, verify, scan and record all temporary employee time cards and submit to respective staffing agencies
  • Maintain record of temp total hours worked for monthly report
  • Generate reports and metrics as needed
