The Maintenance Technician will perform preventive maintenance, repair and improvement activities on various production processing lines and equipment. The technician will focus on process optimization and stability while preparing for future growth.


• Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery.
• Assist and or install facility machinery.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
• Diagnose, take corrective action and recommend improvements to equipment and processes in order to achieve optimum line efficiency.
• Complete daily maintenance work orders (CMMS).
• Communicate with operators and participate in improvement teams.
• Maintain and secure work tools.
• Clean and maintain work area.
• Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
• Create requests for parts
• Organize parts and ensure maintenance spare parts inventory is adequate and maintained
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+years experience in industrial mechanical or electrical repairs.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Advanced skills required in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems and plumbing & piping systems.
• PLC programming experience
• Basic welding skills beneficial
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery, equipment and computers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and the ability to work with all levels of the company
• Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.
• Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 55 pounds.
• Machinery and tool operation require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; safety glasses, hand protection, hearing protection, respirator/dust mask, LOTO equipment, electrical multimeters and work boots.
